We offer a 30 day's return policy.
Our policy is as following:
Prior to returning any product please Contact Us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once the RMA Number is issued only then the item can be returned or Exchanged for a new one.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required for all Returns/Exchanges.
Contact Us within 30 calendar days from the purchase date for a RMA.
ALL Returns are subject to restocking fee's up to a 30% .
ALL Returned products must be received in mint condition, Complete with install manuals and original packaging.
Any Returns received in poor condition or have any missing items will not receive credit.
We are not responsible for any damages to vehicles due to misuse or incorrect install of our products.
We are not responsible for products that have been damaged from attempted install or incorrectly installed.
The RMA Number will by emailed with complete return shipping instructions.
RMA numbers must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
No cancellations, returns or exchanges are permitted on special order items, custom order items.
You are responsible for return shipping charges. Ensure your returned merchandise has a shipping tracking number and properly insured as the product responsibility remains with you until it is received at the returns warehouse.
All Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returned products are inspected. Accepted returned products received in mint condition, Complete with install manuals and original packaging will receive a credit.
After the 30 calendar days from the purchase date, customers must work with the Manufacturer directly for any reason including warranty if applicable.
* SIGNATURE REQUIRED DELIVERIES For certain product lines, PowerChipsTuners.com requires signature on delivery to minimize potential delivery fraud. If the receiving party waves the signature required for order delivery, PowerChipsTuners.com takes no financial responsibility for the "lost package liability".
Shortages
* In rare case backorder could occur. If you are not willing to wait, we understand and will promptly issue a refund to you in the same method you made your payment. You will be advised via e-mail of any item that is on backorder.
Please inspect your delivery immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. Backordered items will ship separately. Please inspect the packing list. If shortages are found, please inspect box for split, crack or tears. If an item is missing, please notify the shipper and PowerChipsTuners.com immediately. Failure to do so limits our ability to correct the situation. Shipping companies require immediate notification for inspection.
Shipping Damages
Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for the package. Please note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages. If damages are found, please notify shipping company and PowerChipsTuners.com immediately. We must be notified within 24 hours. KEEP ALL PACKAGING, INCLUDING SHIPPING CARTON. DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval.
